Hi, I’m Lizzie
I pride myself on my non-linear career. Amongst many other things, I have been a paediatric nurse, creative director, chief of staff and head of internal communications and culture. This has given me a broad and practical perspective across people, teams and organisations.
The common thread throughout my work is people, how they are supported, understood and enabled to do their best work.
People are complex, yet we are often offered simplified versions of what success or fulfilment should look like. When people can move more fluidly between who they are and how they work, something shifts, not just individually, but across teams and organisations.
My work is about helping people understand what is getting in the way so they can move forward with clarity and intention.
This is why I focus on movement and progress, because when people feel stuck, blocked or unclear, it becomes harder to grow within themselves or within their organisations. Instead, we need the right foundations to explore, change and take action.
I work with what sits underneath the surface, what is unspoken, what is creating tension, and what shifts when people begin to understand themselves and each other.
I work across creative, tech and organisational spaces, supporting leaders, teams and individuals to navigate change, find clarity and move forward.
My work is about helping things move again, gently, clearly and with intention.
