Hi, I’m Lizzie
I can finally say that I pride myself on my non-linear career. Amongst many other things, I have been a paediatric nurse, creative director, chief of staff and head of internal communications and culture.
This means I have also had, and continue to have, non-linear life experiences.
This is important to me because it means my growth has not been limited to one single field, so my area of expertise and my perspective are vast, wide and deep.
The common thread between it all (some may call this purpose), I believe, is nurturing people. And to do that, I need to understand what contributes to living a fulfilling life.
My belief is that all humans have a complex range of needs, emotions and interests. Our unique make-up means that no two lives are the same, yet we’re often offered the same neat, polished version of what a “happy life” should look like.
No matter what, we all want to have a meaningful contribution to the world, whether that’s our ego talking or not. When people can move more fluidly between who they are at work and who they are outside of it, something shifts, not just individually, but across teams and systems.
It is my mission, to help people live fulfilling lives by understanding their uniqueness, connecting with their authentic selves and removing what gets in the way of that.
This is why I believe in progress. Because when we feel stuck, blocked or as though something is missing, we can’t grow within ourselves or within our organisations. Instead, we need the right foundations so that we can explore, change, shift and take action.
I know what sits underneath the surface – what is unspoken, what is creating tension or unclarity and what shifts when people start to truly understand themselves and each other.
I work across creative, tech and organisational spaces, supporting leaders, teams and individuals to navigate change, find clarity and move forward.
My work is about helping things move again - gently, clearly and with intention. Title agnostic.
I am a creative by nature, empathetically nurturing and intuitively guiding.
