Often what’s missing is the space and structure to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and decide how to move forward in a grounded way.
Things usually get stuck in different ways. It might be unclear direction, misalignment between people, lack of accountability, or breakdowns in communication. Rather than focusing on one issue, I look at how the system is working as a whole.
My work brings clarity to what’s happening beneath the surface so that things can start moving again in a more intentional way.
